Are you looking for a new way to send large files? Take a look at WeTransfer. While other services are on the web to do this link, you send it, I am going to give this a try on the next large file i need to send. Have you tried it? Let me know in the comments.
I recently found a service that ties in with your twitter feed to help you discovery new music, swift.fm. We have seen several music services that help you shre and dicover new music, but I like this one for a few simple reasons.
1) nothing to download, solely online.
2) works with your existing networks.
From the website here is what they have to say: Swift.fm allows all artists, both major label and independent, a voice to promote their music and perspective on twitter. By allowing you to upload your own tracks, demos, mixes and mashups Swift.fm is your portal to worldwide exposure on Twitter.
Swift.fm is the easiest and fastest way to turn your followers on to the artists you appreciate and discover new music through your network.
Not only can you search, upload or link to tunes, but all of your network’s ‘Swifts’ are presented to you in one auto-playing station.
Swift.fm is working hard to create the perfect portal to discover new talent or promote a label’s catalogue on Twitter.
As we continue to refine our beta, we are very interested in working with label partners on new features. Please contact us to discuss further.
It appears they are looking to smooth over the concerns that previous music sites have seen over the past.
So take a few moments, and check it out. http://www.swift.fm/
