Google Talk is another great addition to the already great arsenal of allocations provide by Google.

Google Talk alerts you of new Gmail you have with a little quote of the email in your system tray. A very nice way to scroll thru your Gmail.

It took me about 5 minutes to download and install Google Talk. It was also very quick to invite people from your gmail account to use Google Talk.

This is a very slim client, if you are looking for great instant messenger client with voip integration but not a lot of bells and whistles this is the client for you.
